Today I received additional corrections from Planning, asking for
revisions to the volume setback calculation, exact area calculations for
units/outdoor spaces and rear building elevations.
Today I met with Frances Gonzales of Solid Waste Management. The good
news is they are OK with Loading trash using the existing ramp on
Arizona. Bad news is they will not accept manuevering dumpsters on the
pedestrian ramp. I need to revise the trash area to make it on grade.
This week I will meet with Ben Yousefi to clarify our accesible van
requirements to try and resolve the P1 Level Plan.
My #1 priority now is resolving all of these new corrections from
Transportation, Planning and Solid Waste. I will do this through drawing
and meeting with City Officials. These corrections are all surmountable
and will not kill the project. I will resolve all of these issues as
quickly as possible.
