To recap our meeting regarding our 4pm meeting this afternoon:
Present:

Good News:
*No surface Parking is OK
*One Ramp/Curb Cut is OK
*P1 and P2 levels are OK
(Pending confirmation that P1 spaces: Retail 1, Retail 2 and Guest 1 can exit in two maneuvers and that P2
spaces: Guest 2 and Guest 3 can exit in two maneuvers).
Bad News:
*P3 level is generating two-way traffic, despite only serving 20 cars, and therefore needs a 20' wide ramp,
instead of the 15' wide ramp provided.
*Per SM Code section 9.04.10.08.100, this is a "ramp" not a "driveway"
