Update

Last week we consulted with a few trash chute manufacturers, the most helpful contact is a group in San Francisco that has completed many tight urban mixed use installations.
We discussed at length typical installations and collection procedures in mixed use multi story urban buildings.

We incorporated the specifications into our drawing set. The trash chute discharges in to the trash area on P2 level. We had to relocate the elevator to make this function best for all floors.

We are scheduled to meet with Santa Monica Solida Waste on Tuesday April 22.
Goals is to RE-finalize the trash location, number of bins, and collection procedure.

This is a sketch of the P1 level plan.
Moving the trash area down to P2 enabled us to shrink the footprint of the P1 parking.
Now we are able to have approximately 1100 sf of sidewalk level retail.

We need to make the following changes to the ground floor in the model:
Then clean up the P3, P2, P1 and 1st floor Plans for Tuesday's presentation to Solid Waste
