We need to resolve the 603 Arizona Vehicle Access proposal. We need to agree on a solution for this project. I was able to seperate the side-by-side ramps on 6th Street by more than 5'. I dropped off a set of drawings/renderings/diagrams for Ruth yesterday. Digital versions of these documents are attached below.

There are three options for vehicular access to the site. Diagrams of each scheme appear on Sheet A-003.
Option One is the scheme I submitted last week. I worked on the scheme and was able to separate the ramps by more than 5’. We propose to create two side-by-side curb aprons to differentiate the two entrances and increase safety.
Our other options involve vehicle access from Arizona .
